Bengaluru-based everyday performance wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a funding round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII, less than a year after its first round.

ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, and Long View Ventures also joined the round, along with existing investors Sparrow and Antler and a group of angel investors.

ReplyAll said it will use the money for fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and its retail and community presence.

Alongside the funding, Harmind Singh has joined the company as co-founder and CMO. He will oversee brand, marketing, creative and product design, and work with founder and CEO Rushabh Sanghavi on product development, design direction and brand strategy.

Singh has about two decades of experience across design, branding and consumer technology, and has held senior design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.

What ReplyAll sells

Founded by Sanghavi in 2025, ReplyAll makes clothing for people whose days move between work, travel, sport and everything else. It pitches itself as a materials-first brand, building garments around its own branded fabrics rather than around a single occasion.

Sanghavi has spent more than 15 years building consumer brands in India and Australia. According to his LinkedIn profile, he held senior roles at Urban Ladder and Flipkart in India and at Australian furniture brand Brosa before starting ReplyAll. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

The brand offers polos, T-shirts, pants, shorts, joggers, jackets and overshirts across categories such as workwear, travel wear, workout wear, loungewear and padel, with prices ranging from about Rs 1,190 to Rs 4,799.

Its product range is built around eight fabric platforms, two of which are central to its early offerings. Temperform is used in its Coolest Tee to help manage heat, while Flexknit provides stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers.

“Almost everyone in urban India is living several lives at once. A day can move from a hot commute to an air-conditioned office, an evening game, and dinner with friends. Yet we still tend to dress for each of those moments separately,” Sanghavi said.

“We believe everyday clothing should work harder for the life people actually lead. That means getting the design right, understanding how materials feel and perform, and building functionality into clothes people want to wear every day. This funding allows us to deepen that work and bring the same thinking into more categories,” he added.

Singh said every product the company makes has to answer two questions. “Does it look good enough to want, and does it work well enough to need? If it only does one, it isn’t enough,” he said.

Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, founder and managing partner of Sadev Ventures, said the moats that last in consumer businesses “aren’t visible on the rack”, adding that “they’re woven into the fabric.”

“ReplyAll understood that from day one. Their materials-first approach is hard to copy compounds over time, and the early traction shows consumers can feel the difference. That’s why we backed them,” Bahl said.

Harsh Kapadia, founder and managing partner of Atom XVII, said the firm looks for categories before they become obvious.

“The Indian Consumer now has several more occasions, outings, and experiences to spend on! And we want to dress for any and all occasions but still don’t have the time, so we need our outfits to do more. ReplyAll has the product foundation to become the everyday wardrobe for that shift,” Kapadia said.

Earlier funding

The new round follows ReplyAll’s maiden funding round of Rs 6.8 crore in December 2025, led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with Bharat Founders Fund and DeVC also taking part.

Angel investors in the first round included several direct-to-consumer founders: Shantanu Deshpande of Bombay Shaving Company, Revant Bhate of Mosaic Wellness, Ashish Goel of Urban Ladder, Navin Parwal of Mokobara and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya’s, along with Sangeet Agarwal and Nikhil Bhandarkar of Panthera Peak Ventures.

At the time, the brand launched with a men’s collection made with fabrics designed for breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance and stretch, aimed at India’s climate.
