Ahmedabad-based traveltech startup Bucketlistt.com, which runs a marketplace for booking adventure and cultural experiences, has raised Rs 7.6 crore in a seed funding round led by Kairon Capital.
Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat also took part in the round. It did not disclose its valuation.
The startup plans to use the funding to strengthen its technology and product, onboard more high-quality operators, and expand beyond Rishikesh, starting with Manali and Bir. It will also invest in content, organic discovery and distribution partnerships.
The seed round comes about five months after Bucketlistt raised Rs 1.07 crore in a pre-seed angel round at a post-money valuation of Rs 10.07 crore, announced on 9 June. That round was backed by angel investors Arvind Choudhar, Aenik Shah, Kartik Khatri and Yash Mehta.
What Bucketlistt does
Bucketlistt.com was founded last year by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai and Divyam Shah, with Makhecha and Desai both chartered accountants. Makhecha, who secured all-India rank 36 in the CA examination, is also a certified paragliding pilot and trek leader who has guided more than 3,000 participants, according to the company’s earlier announcement.
The platform lets travellers discover and book verified experiences across India, from skydiving in Mt. Abu and front row seats at the Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh to dinner with royal families in Jaipur.
It offers activities such as bungee jumping, river rafting, paragliding, hot air ballooning and ziplining, allowing customers to book by paying 10% of the price upfront and the remaining amount on site.
The startup launched in Rishikesh in December 2025, and the city remains its main market.
The operator software behind the marketplace
Alongside the consumer marketplace, Bucketlistt runs OkGhumo, a platform that experience providers use to manage bookings, inventory, agents, payments and daily operations. The company describes it as an operating system for experience providers.
OkGhumo was launched in March 2026 and has served more than 50,000 customers, the company said. Leading adventure operators in Rishikesh use it daily to manage bookings, inventory, agent settlements and payments, replacing phone calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
The software supports vendor onboarding, ticket tracking with real-time seat availability, agent settlements, commission tracking, and automated revenue and GST tracking for activities such as rafting, bungee jumping, camping and paragliding.
It also feeds live inventory into Bucketlistt.com, so travellers get instant confirmations when they book. The company now plans to replicate this model across multiple cities.
Bucketlistt.com and OkGhumo together managed more than Rs 22.5 crore in bookings over the last 10 months, the startup claimed. That works out to an average of about Rs 2.25 crore a month.
At the time of its pre-seed round in June, the startup had said it had facilitated over Rs 10 crore in bookings.
Bucketlistt competes with global experience booking platforms such as Klook, GetYourGuide and Viator, as well as Alyve.
