Primary healthcare infrastructure startup MyRx has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by SteerX VC, as it looks to expand its clinical network and strengthen the technology supporting its doctor-led primary care services.
The Hyderabad-based startup said the funding will be used to expand its doctor network, strengthen its technology and clinical quality systems, and simplify integrations for enterprise partners.
Founded by Sourav Das, Surjit Das and Neel Rath, MyRx operates a healthcare infrastructure platform that combines a network of doctors with teleconsultation, electronic prescriptions and clinical workflow technology.
It is building shared healthcare infrastructure connecting patients, doctors and enterprise partners. Its technology supports functions including consultation allocation, workflow monitoring and audit, allowing partners to expand access to healthcare while retaining visibility over service delivery.
MyRx claims it currently manages about 35,000 teleconsultations a day and is recording 15% month-on-month growth.
Its model brings together doctor availability, teleconsultations, electronic prescriptions and clinical workflow management, enabling enterprise partners to integrate access to medical consultations into their existing services.
As part of its expansion plans, MyRx also intends to further develop its digital clinic model and establish additional healthcare partnerships. The approach is aimed at linking remote consultations with local points of healthcare access.
It wants to reduce the time and travel involved in accessing an initial medical consultation, particularly for people with limited access to nearby healthcare services or those balancing work and caregiving responsibilities.
MyRx also expects the expansion of its network to create more opportunities for doctors to participate in digitally enabled primary care.
