Enterprise AI startup AuxoAI raises $20.7 million in Series A funding led by NTTVC

Enterprise AI company AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by NTTVC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm formed in partnership with Japanese technology group NTT.

The round also saw participation from George Still Jr., Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and longtime Workday board member; Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer and COO at ServiceNow; and Giacomo Sonnino, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former COO of QuantumBlack North America.

AuxoAI said it will use the funding to expand its global team of AI specialists, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and strengthen its market presence and strategic partnerships.

Founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, the San Francisco Bay Area-headquartered company works with large enterprises to identify opportunities for AI adoption, redesign business processes and develop systems for use in day-to-day operations.

Its Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model brings together AI strategists and engineers who work directly with customers to understand their operations and develop production-ready AI solutions.

The company said it has worked with more than 40 clients across industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare and telecommunications, helping businesses improve productivity, streamline operations and strengthen customer engagement.

AuxoAI has also developed Damia, a proprietary FDE workbench that draws on knowledge from previous enterprise AI deployments to help speed up implementation.

Its customers include healthcare technology company athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chão. Executives from both businesses described their use of AuxoAI’s technology in the company’s funding announcement.

In April 2026, AuxoAI announced a partnership with Google Cloud under its Gemini Enterprise transformation programme. The partnership is linked to Google’s broader efforts to accelerate enterprise AI adoption, supported by a $750 million fund for its global partner ecosystem. AuxoAI is also an AWS Advanced Tier partner.

In a joint statement, the company’s co-founders said “We founded AuxoAI on a simple thesis: AI will fundamentally change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make that happen.”

“Our mission is to bring AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise by deeply understanding its context, a context that general-purpose AI does not inherently understand, and reimagining how work gets done. Our vision is to build a new kind of AI company – one that combines human expertise, enterprise context and engineering to stay with the problem from the first idea through measurable outcomes in production. This investment gives us the opportunity to scale that model globally,” they said.

“Over the past year, we’ve gotten to know AuxoAI’s co-founders, and what stands out is their rare combination of technical ambition and human instinct,” said Vab Goel, Founding Partner of NTTVC.

“The authenticity and thoughtfulness they bring to customer conversations earn trust. Paired with deep enterprise understanding and the ability to deploy AI, that trust is the foundation for a lasting partnership on a customer’s most consequential work. We are excited to lead Auxo’s Series A funding round because we believe they can build an enduring leader in AI services,” Goel said.

They said their aim was to integrate AI more deeply into business operations by combining human expertise, enterprise knowledge and engineering, with the new investment allowing them to expand this approach globally.
